Who Our Innovation Strategy Lead Is: The Innovation Strategy Lead at inKind is paramount to the long-term success of inKind and our restaurant partnerships, serving as the identifier, experimenter, and executor of new marketing, brand, and product strategies. The Innovation Strategy Lead guides the direction of inKind's marketing efforts, suggesting new approaches based on their analysis of industry trends, data from current partnerships, and product insights. They have experience evolving brands and audiences over time and will work closely with the executive team to determine and prioritize innovation and growth strategies company-wide.
Responsibilities: - Observe and identify patterns, trends and insights across D2C, Tech, Fin-Tech, and other sectors to help guide innovation
- Form and clearly articulate a strategic opinion on client problems and opportunity spaces
- Successfully plans, prioritizes, and executes omnichannel experiments to determine new innovation strategies to implement across current and future client partnerships
- Work to align and integrate various channels, including web, email, social, campaign, etc.
- Partner with the Development, Design, Product and Analytics teams to execute experiments in a timely manner
- Create high-impact presentations that outline research and hypotheses, test design, and key findings and is comfortable presenting to executive team and client
- Work closely with the executive team to define overall company objectives and innovation directions
- Work to align and integrate various channels, including web, email, social, campaign, etc.
- Use their past experience to help better team and company productivity
- Will have the opportunity to grow out their own team of Strategists and Analysts
