Office Manager & Scheduler

Role Summary:
The Office Manager serves to help employees in office and remote. This role is responsible for employee experience in the office by ensuring that needs of employees are met and the office space is maintained. Furthermore, this role is also responsible for keeping the schedule of our CEO.

  • Providing new team members with inKind branded items
    • Setting up laptops and other equipment necessary for the employee
  • Manage vendor relationships in the office
  • Provide perks to the company through lunch ordering and birthday gifts
  • Ensure all work facilities are neat and organized for employee use
  • Ensure physical and technological assets are protected
  • Manages supply of office equipment
  • Schedules meetings for the CEO, adjusts for changes and preferences
  • Keeps CEO's calendar
  • Book Executive team members travel and accommodations
  • Follow up and confirm appointments for the CEO
  • Other duties as assigned

  • This is an full time, in-person position based in downtown Austin
  • At least 2 years of office management or scheduling experience
  • Anticipate needs of the organization
  • Showcase and act as an example for inKind values
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Must be detail oriented

$57k-$65k DOE
