Role Summary: The campaign coordinator is responsible for executing the day-to-day needs of the marketing team, and working to influence the voice and appearance of inKind to various stakeholders. The marketing lead works with other members of a sales or marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor a successful marketing campaign. They also support external teams through project support, program execution, collateral development, and sales programs.
Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, product positioning, and other projects

Provide product/service support

Support day-to-day operations including marketing campaigns and promotions

Maintain databases of prospects, clients, and vendors

Ability to plan and execute marketing across various channels

Collaborate with sales, product design, and development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns

Create and manage various marketing and content deployment calendars

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions around our company, our competitors and/or the hospitality industry

Monitor the success of marketing campaigns using observable metrics and provide insight and optimizations for future initiatives

Leverage data and research to inform campaign strategies and implement test and learn tactics

Communicate clearly with important stakeholders and report on marketing metrics
Required Skills/Qualifications: - Degree in Communications, Marketing or general Business degree preferred

3+ years of progressive experience in the marketing space
