Role Summary: In this role, the Data Scientist takes ownership of digging into marketing data in order to understand more fully consumer behaviors and habits. The Data Scientist is primarily responsible for providing data driven insights through analyses, presentations and dashboards. Furthermore, the Data Scientist will need to work cross functionally with other teams.
Responsibilities: - Master and own the analytical understanding of consumer behavior and business performance

Provide support for A/B test design and analysis

Build models to show specific consumer behaviors (purchase/churn)

Perform ongoing analysis to evaluate the efficacy of current marketing campaigns/spend and assist with market budgeting recommendations

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create solutions and drive results

Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the entire Marketing team

Ecommerce and user growth experience a plus
Required Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other quantitative field

5+ years experience working in data marketing

Exceptional SQL knowledge and experience

Strong Excel fundamentals

Ability to think objectively and deduce critical themes from quantitative and qualitative data

Python and VBA skills a plus
