Event Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced event coordinator to organize and oversee events that will positively impact our growth initiatives. You will work closely with inKind account holders (both corporates and individuals) to help coordinate meaningful events at inKind partner venues nationwide. An event coordinator is, above all, a project manager who understands client management, relationship building, and marketing. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and a high level of organization.

Please note, this role is required to be in office Monday-Friday and abide by our COVID19 safety plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Activate, coordinate and execute key components with an emphasis on corporate events
  • Post event follow up communication and accurate invoicing to guests
  • Guiding clients in the iInitial discovery of event space possibilities that best suit their needs
  • Partner with inKind team for the creation of SOPs
  • Independently work to coordinate events with a high attention to detail
  • Primary communicator and conduit between restaurant operations, inKind and the customer
  • Actively and timely respond to all guest communication
  • Track and organize event leads

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of event coordination experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to accurately prioritize work and respond timely
  • Salesforce and Google Suite experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and detail
  • A complete understanding of inKind partner restaurants
  • Ability to form strong working relationships with restaurant partners

Salary
$65k-$80k DOE
