To get an authentic steakhouse experience you have to plan your dinner around a great cut of meat. Order the Chef's Cut Pastrami Ribeye and pair it with a delicious side and smoked cocktail from their drink menu.

Start your meal off with their infamous Focaccia. Their pastas are very shareable, and we recommend placing an order for the Tagliatelle and the Bucatini.

Wayan

Wayan is Cédric's first solo venture, after partnering with his father, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, on eateries in New York and Jakarta. The restaurant's name reflects this fact. In Balinese culture, each person receives one of four names based on birth order. Wayan is the name given to the first-born child—or, in this case, to the chef's first independent culinary effort.
Our Recommendation
If you head in for brunch, we highly recommend their Crispy Pandan French Toast and Kopi cocktail. For dinner, the Lobster Noodles are phenomenal with a rich, nutty flavor.
