Human Resource Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes. Reporting to the Head of People, the Human Resource Coordinator role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, with a focus on recruiting and culture.

  • Assists with the recruitment and interview process with the Head of People
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Keep office supply orders organized and in stock
  • Help onboard new hires
  • Plan cultural events with the Head of People and help to execute those events on a monthly basis
  • Helps to answer any employee queries
  • Checks and verifies I9s
  • Performs audits with the Head of People
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills
