Human Resource Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes. Reporting to the Head of People, the Human Resource Coordinator role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, with a focus on recruiting and culture. Daily responsibilities must be completed in the office, following the most up-to-date COVID19 safety requirements.

    • Assists with the recruitment and interview process with the Head of People
    • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
    • Keep office supply orders organized and in stock
    • Help to onboard new hires and ensure they have everything they need to start
    • Expert level understanding of inKind policies, practices, and updates
    • Plan cultural events with the Head of People and help to execute those events on a monthly basis
    • Helps to answer any employee queries in a timely manner
    • Checks and verifies I9s
    • Performs audits with the Head of People
    • Support other special projects as needed

    • 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting
    • Austin based and able to commute reliably to the office
    • Strong organization skills
    • High emotional IQ
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong judgment and decision making skills
