HR Generalist

Role Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for helping with tasks on the people team. This role is cross functional and helps execute on many goals within the company. Working on a highly productive and collaborative team, this role will focus on employee wellbeing, engagement and acquisition.

Please note, this role is required to be in office Monday-Friday and abide by our COVID19 safety plan.

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
  • Assist, and eventually own, the talent acquisition process from resume reviewing to offer letter
  • Analyze HR metrics such as turnover and time to hire
  • Work with Head of People on compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Work closely with the People team to ensure the best employee experience
  • Conduct regular compliance audits for items such as I-9s, benefits, 401k and assist in annual external audits


  • 1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a fast paced start up
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have strong recruiting experience with the ability to recruit across teams and for different skill sets
  • Must have the ability to collaborate with others on projects and assignments to advocate for the best employee experience 
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
