Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a junior-level position on the Merchant Marketing team. This individual will contribute to existing digital marketing campaigns, assisting in day-to-day cross-functional collaboration and execution. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This role will work closely with the team on the creation and execution of multi-channel, direct response marketing campaigns to drive new business and retention.
Responsibilities - Support the team lead in executing various digital marketing campaigns, designed for paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media
- Support day-to-day operations and aid in various exciting marketing initiatives, as needed
- Assist in managing email and social media channels (including content creation) and campaigns
- Collaborate with the team on reporting performance of all our campaigns, and assess against business goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Perform and execute various campaign-related administrative and digital marketing tasks
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, while developing strong working relationships
- Monitor schedules and deadlines against marketing plan to ensure they are met
- Provide general support for Merchant Marketing team members
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- A creative, goal-oriented, and growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- An aspiration towards a future role in digital marketing
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
