Role Summary: The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for leveraging a deep understanding of our partners and the inKind product to create effective marketing content. You will collaborate across product, sales, customer success and content to position our solutions and create high-impact marketing content that will drive inKind credit purchase, and app adoption. You will also be a brand ambassador for your partner in order to move their high touch marketing collateral over the line.
Please note, this role is required to be in office Monday-Friday and abide by our COVID19 safety plan. Responsibilities: - Ideate, execute and measure marketing campaigns that are specific to your merchant partners

Work closely with merchant partners to understand their brand, goals and how to execute their needs

You will collaborate across product, sales, customer success and content teams to position our solutions and create high-impact marketing content that will drive awareness, purchase, and adoption of the inKind app and features

Work in tandem with marketing to create a schedule of marketing campaigns for each partner under your management

Outline and oversee all steps of the process until completion

Develop and maintain relationships with our partners through regular in person meetings, dinners and interactions

Regularly perform market research and audits to better improve our marketing and the partner's experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related field,

4 years in the product marketing field, with at least three years of account management preferred

Experience with B2C marketing in a startup is a plus

Strategic thinking skills and creative problem solving required

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills

Solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards action

Experience creating and presenting high-impact readouts and presentations

Experience working with common team collaboration and presentation tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, Keynote, etc.

Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients is a plus
