Partnerships Manager

Role Summary:
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing productive and mutually beneficial relationships with brands. The Partnerships Manager will work towards expanding inKind as a brand through networking, attending trade shows, and spending time cultivating more restaurants for the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with current and potential partners in order to benefit inKind's growth
  • Oversee and recruit Affiliate Partners to work to refer restaurant partners
  • Support partnership efforts with technology vendors, restaurant suppliers, and other industry partners
  • Find new partnerships that are mutually beneficial to inKind
  • Keep Salesforce updated
  • Attend trade shows
  • Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop a broader partnership strategy

Requirements
  • 5+ years of partnership/Business development experience
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time
