Role Summary:
This role will help set the vision, requirements, and long-term plan for inKind's new product offerings. The Growth Product Manager must be comfortable working closely with executives to communicate the vision and roadmap, with engineering, design and services to optimize roadmap execution and with marketing and sales to achieve customer growth. In this role, you will oversee and be responsible for the roll out of new product offerings and work under the supervision of the Head of Corporate products.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the product roadmap and coordinate deliverables with key stakeholders
- Monitor key metrics and performance for new offerings
- Proactively identify new features/products to help supplement current products
- Assess risk of value, feasibility, and usability as key factors to product success
- Understand markets, competition and user preferences in depth
- Staying abreast of usable data produced in order to shape insights and drive
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience, specifically in the tech world
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another related field
- Demonstrated success in working cross functionally to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products
- Experience in analytics and ability to visualize data and metrics through dashboards or any reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and execution skills
