Role Summary: The Product Specialist is responsible for leading the analysis, documentation and cataloging of the inKind partnership product offerings. Your contributions and support of the Partnership team will impact the efficient and timely launches to our partners. This role will maintain ownership and accountability over a wide range of business-critical tasks and deliverables paramount to increasing profitability and company growth.
Responsibilities: - Brainstorm new ways to increase user acquisition/retention

Ease corporate partner workflows internally and cross-functionally

Collaborate across Partnerships, Product, and Technology teams to ideate, test, and develop compelling features and product offerings

Pitch inKind to prospective partners by proposing and championing compelling product features and thoughtful ideas that pay off on the inKind "triple win"

Coordinate advancement of confirmed product feature requests and development timelines in close collaboration with Technology PM and CTO

Ensure Partnerships needs are satisfied and critical features are delivered on-time

Developing and nurturing relationships with partners as a part of the larger Partnership team

Manage timelines, set backs and delivery and communicate clearly with all stakeholders on timeline and roadmap
Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred

At least 4 years experience in a product specialist, user experience, or technology role

Ability to analyze and define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for potential partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and partner centric approaches
