Role Summary:
In addition to relevant experience, this role requires creativity, tenacity, and great interpersonal skills. You will collaborate with our team leads to identify key hire profiles, source for talent, and assist with closing roles. Equally important is the development of a system for recruitment that matches the makeup of inKind—agile, impactful, experimental and driven by excellence. The ideal person has a sense of urgency, efficiency, and ownership over their work.

Please note, this role is required to be in office Monday-Friday and abide by our COVID19 safety plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of the company's full-cycle recruitment needs including:
    • regular syncs with hiring managers from various teams for alignment
    • sourcing and screening of top talent
    • candidate stewardship from initial outreach through to the offer stage
  • Project-based work including the refinement of our existing recruitment and interview methods to create a system of excellence as well as other people-data focused projects to increase efficiency and decrease time to fill rate
  • Work cross functionally to develop and manage inKind's business LinkedIn account
  • Represent inKind as a brand ambassador through all communication

Minimum Qualifications
  • Two plus consecutive years having worked in recruitment
  • Experience having worked in a startup
  • A history of working cross-functionally
  • A track record of high volume, data-driven experimentation within a role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Some experience in Sales, Closing, or Negotiations

Salary

$90k-$100k DOE
