Sales Development Representative

Role Summary:
The Sales Development Representative is primarily responsible for lead generation and prospecting high-value deals. Once a high-value deal has been identified, the Sales Development Representative will connect the proper Account Executive to the deal.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish first connection to the deal and then connect a more senior Account Executive to the lead
  • Continually engage new prospects and keep the deal pipeline full
  • Maintain relationships with potential partners in order to secure future leads
  • Ensure that deals are tracked and updated in Salesforce timely

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree
  • One year of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or FinTech
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • A strong understanding of the inKind model
