Role Summary: The primary function of the Sales Enablement & Operations Generalist is to support the sales team by figuring out process improvements, knowledge gaps, and coordinating knowledge transfers. The Sales Enablement & Operations Generalist will work to close any knowledge gaps and free up administrative tasks from the sales team. The Sales Enablement & Operations Generalist will support the Sales function in all areas and work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and VP of Sales to ensure sales team success.
Responsibilities: - Create, maintain and administer continuous improvement training for current and new employees
- Support the sales team by prioritizing requests, enhancements, and suggestions for improvement
- Administer sales training and work to onboard successfully
- Build and run timely, accurate reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and coordinate implementation of new changes with various stakeholders
- Perform various data entry tasks (commission tracking, Salesforce updates) on a regular basis
- Support the sales function through the entirety of the deal lifecycle
Requirements - Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years experience in Sales Ops and Sales Enablement
- Experience in data management
- Strong ability to analyze processes and communicate clear improvements
- Salesforce Administrator certifications are a huge plus
