Sales Development Representative

Role Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a proactive, collaborative individual who thrives on making connections in order to help move deals forward. The goal of the SDR is to seek new opportunities with restaurant merchants by securing their contact information and passing it to the appropriate account executive. In this role, you will be a driving force for the company by acquiring new leads.

  • Conduct high volume prospecting and outreach for highly qualified leads
  • Maintain a consistent level of activity in order to keep a full pipeline
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to engage new restaurant partners and support prospecting efforts
  • Gather lists of restaurants and the contact information of decision-makers to funnel to the proper account executive
  • Connect with marketing and demand generation in order to refine our approach
  • Work on market sizing with relevant stakeholders

  • 1+ years in a SDR or sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Finance/Tech/Hospitality sales background preferred
  • Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
  • Strong communication skills
