Sr. Marketing Manager, Growth/Retention

Role Summary

In this role, you will help drive pipeline by crafting and refining effective marketing campaigns utilizing customer data and testing while also leading a small team of in-person and remote marketers. You will work alongside various teams across inKind to help deliver acquisition, revenue, and redemption targets and outcomes. This will require an outstanding mix of skills and abilities including relationship and project management, innovative marketing experience, strategic vision coupled with traditional demand generation execution, and sales/opportunity lifecycle experience.


  • Campaigns utilizing customer data and testing
  • Develop a strategy with a mix of triggered, targeted and broader promotional campaigns
  • Develop creative campaigns that effectively communicate our product offering (inKind Pass, House Accounts and TBD product) to target audiences
  • Identify and track audience segments and cohorts
  • Partner closely with data team to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns, and maintain a rigorous A/B test calendar
  • Partner closely with in-house creative team to develop all marketing campaigns
  • Own and execute high-converting performance marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for reaching and acquiring users
  • Manage SEO/SEM, paid search, and other growth marketing channels
  • Partner closely with data team to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns through testing
  • Partner closely with in-house creative team to develop all marketing campaigns
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends, tools, products, and best practices

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, Texas and able to commute to the office 5 days a week
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Technical experience with CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, social media, in-app, print, and in-person
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities at once and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally among internal and external stakeholders & contributors
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably
  • Technical experience with Google analytics, Google ads & social media advertising

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's in Marketing
  • Product and Customer Service experience is a plus
