Role Summary: The Marketing Strategist will drive vision, strategy, and alignment with internal stakeholders in order to produce high value campaigns to generate revenue for inKind's consumer facing business.
This role blends the creation of high-quality marketing content with the ability to develop strategies for the marketing arm of our organization. The ideal candidate is excited to jump into a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. You will work with a cross-functional team to develop plans for marketing our restaurant partners, which may include assisting with messaging and audience direction, and making data informed decisions to support these campaigns. We are looking for utility players with a "roll up your sleeves attitude" who are eager to lead and influence marketing strategy across the organization.
Please note, this role is required to be in office Monday-Friday and abide by our COVID19 safety plan. Responsibilities: - Must be able to plan, create, edit, publish, and analyze performance of marketing initiatives designed to sell inKind credit to consumers

Utilize data to drive decision making and marketing efforts; create and test relevant hypotheses in conjunction with the data science team

Works cross functionally along with inKind leadership to ensure marketing strategy aligns with broader business objectives

Ensure that deliverables are achieved on time, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity

Provides input on content creation that drives inKind brand awareness
Requirements: - Located in Austin. This is an in office position

Bachelor's degree required, Masters Degree preferred

6+ years of strategy experience, preferably in successful startups

Experience with data analysis, SQL experience preferred

Familiar with project management software like Asana and experience using marketing tools like Cordial and Klaviyo

An eye for great design. You know what good design looks like and you are looking for fresh takes on communications and copywriting

Impeccable operation and execution: you can set, drive, and grow a culture of excellence that sets high standards

Prior experience and/or strong familiarity with fintech/hospitality strongly encouraged

Adaptability to a rapidly changing and growing environment in which processes and priorities are changing regularly

Can work autonomously or as part of a team in order to achieve business objectives

Strong working knowledge of marketing channels and their respective strengths (ex: social media, email etc.)

Ability to help assess marketing performance and apply data driven decision making to future campaigns
