Senior Data Analyst

Role Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for defining and owning analyses, driving to answers that consider the full context of the business and communicating their analysis and findings to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Extract unstructured data from various sources and manipulate data into a form that is suitable for analysis
  • Support all aspects of the business with analysis and reporting
  • Synthesize data to drive business decisions and relay key information to stakeholders across the organization
  • Find opportunities for optimization and improvement from previous iterations
  • Create dashboards with KPIs for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with leaders on an ongoing basis to understand root causes of recent business trends
  • Evaluate and monitor data models and databases for discrepancies and variances

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Economics, Statistics or something related
  • 5+ years experience in data/analytics role
  • High proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience in Python is a plus
  • Experience utilizing data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Highly analytical and inquisitive thinker
  • Coach junior analysts- management experience a plus
  • Flexibility in a hectic, growth-minded environment
