Senior Recruiter

Role Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting and sourcing qualified candidates through creative and proven outlets. The Sr. Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to establish the most effective roadmap to securing a hire. This position reports directly to the Head of People.

  • Identify, attract and source qualified candidates for all open positions
  • Work with hiring managers to write thoughtful and transparent job descriptions
  • Manage job postings on internal careers pages, external websites and social media
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from pre-screens to scheduling all interviews
  • Work with the Head of People on sending offer letters
  • Maintain and promote company policies through the entirety of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Continually pass along feedback between candidates and relevant parties


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a start up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of candidates while maintaining best practices and timely communication
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
