Role SummaryThe Senior Field Account Manager will help bridge the gap between inKind's marketing channels and the merchant partner/restaurant groups. The Sr. Field Account Manager will completely understand the inKind model to expedite the onboarding process and effectively communicate with decision-makers internally and externally to facilitate ongoing partner management and marketing deliverables.
Responsibilities - Cross-functionally collaborate with corporate marketing, events, brand, product marketing, and product management to coordinate campaigns and ensure effective campaigns for our strategic partners to target personas and markets
- Create demand for your restaurant partner by working with our established marketing channels
- Own development and successful execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, demand campaigns, digital advertising, social media, and other media
- Confidently explain our services and unique value proposition to restaurant partners
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in demand generation or B2C sales; specific experience in Account-Based Marketing or Field Marketing preferred
- 2+ Project Management experience
- Previous experience with marketing automation, account-based marketing, and conversational marketing solutions
- Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Essential to work cross-functionally, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
