$200 Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive Annual Dining Credits with inKind

Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Legend Mastercard® cardmembers are eligible for $100 in Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive Dining Credits via inKind (“Dining Credits”) from January 1st (12:00 AM CST) through July 1st (4:00 AM CST), and an additional $100 in Dining Credits from July 1st (12:00 AM CST) through January 1st (4:00 AM CST) of the following year, for a total of $200 in Dining Credits per calendar year. Both the primary cardmember and Authorized Users may utilize the Dining Credits for a combined total of $200 in Dining Credits per calendar year. Dining Credits do not carry over and must be redeemed by the end of the applicable period (by July 1st at 4:00AM CST or January 1st at 4:00AM CST of the following year). Cardmembers who become eligible at any time during the period will receive the full $100 Dining Credit for the remainder of that period.

To redeem Dining Credits within the inKind App, cardmembers must: (i) add the Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive card Dining Credit in their inKind wallet; (ii) select the associated Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive card to pay the check at a restaurant within the inKind network of restaurants; and (iii) apply the Dining Credit to the check. Dining Credits are not subject to a minimum spend requirement. Once deposited in the inKind App, the Dining Credits may be redeemed in a single transaction or across multiple transactions until the Dining Credit balance reaches zero. 

Dining Credits are subject to the same blackout days or times applicable to all inKind users. Dining Credits can be used at any restaurant within the inKind network (a “Merchant”) subject to exclusions for i) Merchants which are exclusive to limited inKind user tiers or subscriptions ii) Merchants that inKind may exclude from accepting pre-loaded inKind credit, inKind Cash and inKind Cash Back, inKind offers or other forms of inKind balances consistent with the Dining Credits; iii) Merchants that Citi may exclude; and (iv) Merchants whose availability may vary across inKind users based on inKind platform criteria. Dining Credits are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value and cannot be used for tips.  Unless otherwise approved by inKind, Dining Credits do not include sales, value-added or use taxes, which may be charged to you separately by the Merchant at the time of redemption. Use of Dining Credits for items other than food and beverage such as retail items, clothing, and books, shall be at the discretion of the Merchant.

Merchant participation and the ability to redeem Dining Credits at a particular Merchant are determined solely by inKind and the applicable Merchant. Neither Citi nor American Airlines are responsible for any third party product or services; and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Citi and American Airlines make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, availability, safety, or suitability of any restaurant, food, beverage, or service offered by participating Merchants.  Disputes regarding Merchant services must be resolved directly with the applicable Merchant. Dining Credits, participating Merchants, and inKind program features are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. 

The inKind App and the inKind platform are provided and operated by inKind, a third party independent of Citi. Citi does not control and is not responsible for the operation, functionality, availability, or performance of the inKind App, the inKind platform, or the services provided by inKind. Citi shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or related to (i) the operation or use of the inKind App or platform, (ii) the participation or non-participation of any restaurant, or (iii) the redemption or attempted redemption of Dining Credits.
