How to Enable inKind Integration

Select "Integrations" on the left side of the menu

Click "Browse & purchase integrations"

Search for "inKind" in the search bar and click "Add Now" on the pop up screen

Select "Confirm." A success message should appear at the bottom of your screen.

You will receive a confirmation email when the integration is complete. Please forward this email to clients@inkind.com

How to Grant inKind Access to Toast

Select "Employees" on the left side menu.

Under Employee Management, click "Employees"

Select "Add New Employee"

Fill out the right side menu using the information below and click "Add."

Your new user will display on the dashboard with a status of "Invited"

The new user will receive an email confirming they have been added to your restaurant location.

For Slide 4:
Invite to create account: Yes
First Name: inKind
Last Name: Manager
Email Address: clients@inkind.com
Job: Select a job that has access to these functions:

All of 4 Restaurant Admin (recommended)
- 4.1 Sales Reports
- 4.2 Menu Reports (+ Inventory / Menusphere Reporting)
- 4.5 Edit Full Menu
- 4.14 Local Menu Edit

6.2 Kitchen / Dining Room Setup
6.3 Payment Setup
6.4 Publishing
6.6 Restaurant Group Setup

How to Add the inKind Tender Type

Select "Payments" on the left side menu.

Select "Payment Options" on the left and then click "Other Payment Options"

Click "Add"

Type, "inKind" for the Name category.

Click "Save" in the top right corner. Then click "Publish Now"

After you click "Publish Now" you should receive a success message in green at the top of your screen.
