UX/UI Designer

Role Summary:
As a UX/UI Designer at inKind, you will be a part of designing and testing new feature concepts for the inKind app as well as gathering future user insights. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior UX/UI designer and other product team members to create a robust and consistent brand experience across every platform. You'll improve user experience, help drive continued growth, and uphold an excellent company and team culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Illustrate new features and changes to the inKind app with storyboards, wireframes, and user flow diagrams
  • Work with the UX team to think holistically across the connected experience for clients and dining customers
  • Continued support on designing the mobile UI as well as the aesthetics with mockups and prototypes
  • Web purchase UI/UX and improving conversion of users to the inKind platform
  • Create (with other product team members) required visual assets and design documentation for the developers to implement new features and environments
  • Generate release notes, requirements and marketing assets for app releases
  • Work with the Lead UX Designer and Product Managers to analyze and quantify the impact of changes made to app, utilizing product analytics as well as user testing
  • Monitor potential UX problems
  • Help build and maintain a design system for the mobile app
  • Design QA and ensuring other members and departments are adhering to the standard design system

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a design role
  • Highly skilled with design software such as Sketch and Figma
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Previous work with mobile and web design (UX/UI)
  • Comfort in a project-oriented environment with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • A love and passion for food and sharing a meal with friends
