- This Offer is provided by inKind to those persons new to the inKind platform. "New to the inKind platform" is defined as not having an existing inKind account, whether active or not, nor having used your email or phone to create an account with inKind at any point in the past. You are limited to one ( 1 ) Offer per inKind user account. You may not claim the Offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
- This Offer may not be combined with any other offer. If You have multiple active offers through inKind, You may select which offer you would like to apply to a dining transaction in the inKind app.
- This Offer must be claimed using a valid phone number, which will be used for verification and marketing communications from inKind. inKind will send a short verification code to your provided phone number to claim the offer. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing communications at any time. Message & data rates apply. Message frequency varies.
- The credit amount of the Offer can only be applied to the food, beverage, and tax portion of a bill, and CANNOT be applied to tip, gratuity, and other fees.
- In order to redeem this Offer, You will need a functioning smartphone, and you will need to download the inKind app and create an inKind account. Additionally, the inKind app will require a credit card to be placed on file in order to process tips and billed amounts over your inKind Credit. (e.g. You have $75 in inKind Credit. Your restaurant bill is for $100. You want to leave a tip of $20. Your credit card will be charged $45 ($20 in tip and $25 in overages).)
- This Offer will expire in thirty (30) days unless a longer period is defined on the Offer page when claiming the Offer, and is denoted in the inKind app.
- The Offer is only redeemable at participating locations shown on the Offer page and in the inKind app.
- inKind reserves the right to revoke an Offer in the case of suspected abuse, fraud, multiple acceptance, multiple redemption, tampering with the inKind website or mobile application, or other "gaming" attempts, or violation of any of inKind's terms.
