Role Summary:
A Creative Technologist at inKind will facilitate turning new ideas into tested and implementable MVP solutions. They are equally adept at development, user testing, and creative thinking. As a rather independent but critical player, they are outspoken and take initiative, advocating for advancement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop rapid prototypes for initial proofs of concept and testing
  
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines, particularly marketing and product, to create, design, and test new concepts intended to drive sales
  
• Brainstorm against top-line sales strategies to create new digitally-based tactics that align with both sales and audience objectives
  
• Build solutions and tests with existing technology capabilities and limitations in mind, bringing forth thoughtful insight when a new technology may be a part of the solution
  
• Plan and run user testing when needed
  
• Develop and implement MVPs and new solutions
• Create clear and concise data visualizations pulling from multiple sources
  
• Bring new and inspiring practices to the team, and incorporate selected best practices into work
  

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Computer Science Degree (or equivalent)
• A problem solver's mindset
• Solid HTML / CSS / JavaScript skills for quickly prototyping user interfaces and skillfully crafting responsive email designs that faithfully reproduce and display consistently across a wide variety of email clients
• Solid SQL skills and a high degree of comfort with joins / pivots / etc.
• Proficient with at least one back-end language / framework of your choice for rapid integrations, scripting, and micro-service development (Node, Python, Rails, C#, etc)
• Experience integrating with APIs of various kinds, ideally including some with minimal documentation
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Delivra, Stripe, etc.) is a plus
